Acceptance

By installing or using the Clientflow Framer plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.

What Clientflow Does

ClientFlow is a Framer plugin that injects a feedback widget into your published Framer site. It allows your clients (visitors to your site) to leave comments tied to specific pages. Feedback is stored and displayed inside the plugin for your review.

Accounts

You must create an account to use ClientFlow

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
One account may be used by one person. Agency or team plans are not currently offered

Trial & Subscription

New accounts receive a free trial period to use the plugin at no cost

After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue collecting feedback
Subscriptions are billed through Polar.sh. By subscribing you also agree to Polar's terms
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Refunds: If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Clientflow to collect feedback without the knowledge of site visitors where required by law
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the plugin
Use the plugin for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable law
Abuse, overload, or interfere with the infrastructure underlying ClientFlow

You are responsible for obtaining any legally required consents from your clients before deploying the feedback widget on your site (e.g. GDPR-compliant cookie notices where applicable).

Your Content

Feedback submitted through your site belongs to you and your clients. We do not claim ownership over feedback data. You grant us a limited right to store and display it solely to provide the service.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, make changes, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, etc.).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the plugin's Profile screen. Upon termination, all your data is permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clientflow and its operator are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Actions taken by third-party services

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the plugin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
