Introduction

Clientflow ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Carlos Gerónimo. We provide a Framer plugin that allows designers and agencies to collect feedback from their clients directly on published Framer sites.

What Data We Collect

From plugin users (designers):

  • Name and email address (on account registration)

  • Google account information if you sign in with Google (name, email, profile picture)

  • Project name and website URL entered during onboarding

  • Subscription and billing status (managed by Polar.sh — we do not store payment card data)

From end-users (your clients, visitors to your site):

  • Feedback text they submit via the ClientFlow widget

  • The page URL where feedback was submitted

  • Approximate timestamp of submission

We do not collect:

  • Passwords (authentication is handled by Supabase and Google)

  • Screenshots or images of any kind

  • IP addresses or browser fingerprints

  • Cookies or tracking pixels

How We Use Your Data

To provide and operate the Clientflow plugin

  • To display your feedback and project data inside the plugin

  • To send transactional emails related to your account (via Supabase Auth)

  • To manage your subscription and trial status

  • To respond to support requests

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described below.

Data Retention

  • Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active

  • If you delete your account (via the plugin's Profile screen), all your data — including projects and feedback — is permanently deleted

  • Feedback submitted by your clients is deleted when you delete the associated project or your account

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Correct inaccurate data

  • Delete your data (use the Delete Account feature in the plugin, or contact us)

  • Object to or restrict processing

  • Port your data to another service
